Purchasing
There are definite benefits to purchasing fixtures and faucets from RPB, Inc.
For example if you purchase these items from from a local retail center they may be of lesser
quality than that which your we can provide. Plumbing problems especially with faucet or
fixtures can sometimes be associated with poor quality. In addition RPB has the skill
and experience to help you select products to meet your needs and budget.
Years of training has provided us with the necessary product knowledge. Also
we are in a position to help you with warranties when products are purchased through
us. Usually in such cases when items are covered under warranty service is provided at no
additional charge. This is not the case when warranty service is required on items not purchased
from RPB. For example if you purchase a faucet at a retail center, rather than purchasing through us, and we install it.
In most cases, this limits our warranty to the installation only and not
the performance of the product. If the faucet subsequently needed to be returned to the place
of purchase and reinstalled you might find yourself paying additional charges that could have
been avoided if you purchased the same faucet through RPB.
