We have used RPB for several major projects, A/C replacement, and bathroom remodeling, and we could not be happier with our experiences. We selected them for these projects because of the excellent care we received when using them for more minor projects. They respond to your requests as quickly as you would ever want and they explain what needs to be done and why, and the costs. They schedule appointments and keep them. They work with you if you need to reschedule. The remodeling of our bathroom was a huge task, but the tiling and painting, electrical, plumbing, etc. were top-notch. They have experts in each area. They will work on a problem until they have solved it. All workers are, professional, friendly and courteous, including the receptionist! They ask for feedback and they are not finished until the customer is happy. They are a family-run business and they take pride in their work and their name. I would strongly recommend them. I don’t foresee ever using anyone else. They are now part of our family.

I called late in the afternoon and the receptionist was very friendly. They were able to send someone out to see my house the very next day exactly as I requested. The technician gave me a call 30 minutes before they were to arrive so I didn’t have to sit around all day which was wonderful. The technician, Aaron, was friendly and got the work done in under an hour. I would definitely use them again.

RPB Plumbing put in a new tub and shower valve for us. They were extremely courteous, professional, clean, and on time. We’ve called them back several times for minor repairs to our home and rental property. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do quality work!

RPB installed a new Rheem AC in July during one of the worst heatwaves after my 27 year old system died! It was time to go energy efficient and upgrade! Jason was the technician, and he was so polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable! You could immediately tell he was well trained. Anyway, the price was very fair and the service was excellent. Not to mention, I am so crazy about my new Rheem Air Conditioner, it is so quiet and cools the whole house off in less than 30 minutes and I do mean it cools! And it’s a great looking unit too. I will call RPB without hesitation the next time I have a plumbing or heating problem. I don’t anticipate needing them for the AC with the exception of the yearly servicing which I will get to keep this Rheem in top working condition! Great company!

Called 3 AC companies before we found RPB. Two were no shows and third wanted to replace our heater, ducting, and run a coil through our attic to the backyard (100 feet). Richard came out gave us an estimate and was able to use the existing heater, ducting and coil. Jason showed up ahead of our appointment, I saw him sitting in the van and was wonderful! His crew was able to rewire the electricity to the backyard, hook up the coil to our new compressor and check the system! The cool air was fabulous. Jason was so courteous and explained everything he was doing. He noticed some condensation and told us he would come back the next day. But not before insisting we have an estimate for the safety system he recommended. Jason came back the next day, fixed the problem and swept the walkway before leaving (6pm). I am very pleased.

If there were 10 stars, we would give Richard, Richie, Jason and Juan the whole 10. They out did themselves the last 2 days in extremely hot weather. In and out, up and down from our attic to install air-conditioning compatible with our existing central heating unit. They were awesome…professional, caring and got it done so quickly. We are now enjoying the fruits of their labor….wonderful air-conditioning. We have known Richard for many, many years and he and his RPB family are the very best, that includes Donna and Robyn in the office. Thank you all for everything.

We have been using RPB plumbing for years. They just finished a big job for us and the workmanship was great. They answer any questions you have. They work until the job is done and done right. They go the extra mile making sure everything is perfect. You can’t ask for anything more then that. They are respectful, kind and we enjoy talking with them.
